Estate Sale
I had the pleasure of having Melvin as my Real Estate Attorney for sale of my late mother's property. And let me tell you, we ran into so many bumps and lumps, loops and hoops, but nothing that Melvin couldn't smoothen out or couldn't handle! Being that my mother just passed a couple of months prior, I was already under a lot of stress and pressure. Handling everything that had to do with her estate was not an easy task, not to mention, I was still grieving. Melvin assisted me through everything!
